No. ETH is still garbage. If a shit ETF launches, you are still buying shit, just with Larry's white glove treatment now. The protocol is running the same code as it was when everyone thought it was going to be denied. Still the same machine that allows whales to extract wealth from normies without them realizing. His point was that 2nd best doesn't matter in the first place and it might as well be a participation trophy. Getting an ETF for desperate pandering political reasons isn't a vindication of some kind that it can compete with BTC's value prop. Eth is still a recreation of the fiat system, PoS an abomination, and no self respecting man will want to hold eth just to be dumped on by communists who can give themselves more eth for nothing or have the issuance schedule be changed on a whim by econ illiterates who keep shuffling their narrative focus around.

I didn't get into "gryptogurrency" to have to trust the character of the web-developer tier intellects that comprise the fagtherium community. And people who do want that just to fulfill their gambling need are increasingly of the mind to go with something like Solana instead.
