If the NOL's are made whole then shareholders of BBBY will thus get shares in the emergent company - Hertz got cash, shares and warrants to buy before IPO. I am pondering something, these pops are not like the pre split runs and dumps. These seem to be tied to a returning, recalling, or closing positions instantly to earnings and then reopening the short positions again. Each time it's getting less and less, which makes me think it's the CS plan shares being borrowed and returned. We exposed the bad actors like Platinum Shill and the other faggot mods on the take, who rallied against plan and were blatant plants. Such an obvious coup by them, when reddit moderating is your job, you are being paid to do that job, if you are being paid you are under someones direction.
