I bought $10K of TSLA stock and $10K of solar city back in the days, the only single stocks I ever bought. Then it all became TSLA, because Elon takes care of his family.
I sold half of my TSLA stock a couple years back to buy a model X. I'm still up >600% on what I've got left.
So now I'm holding stock and driving a car tied to a freakshow billionaire, and I feel like I've got a glimpse of that clown world all you chuds harp on about.

I'm never sure what to make of Elon. Either all of the stuff that he's trying to create will come together simultaneously precisely how he envisions it, or he'll miss the mark on the most basic of necessities and all the spinning plates will come crashing down at once because none of it matters unless an affordable electric vehicle gets mass produced.

Right, that's the other thing. Every single time Elon has announced a timeline for any Tesla happening, it was a lie.
We know he's lying now. Everybody knows it. Tesla will 100% miss his announced H2 2025 timeline, because he made it up to placate investors, as he has done many, many times before.
But the stock goes up anyway, so I guess lying was the right move.
