Bullish. It's not every year we get a halvening, or US ETF approval, or Hong Kong ETF approval. Much less all within a couple months of each other.

>> No.58416974

70k was first pump of the bull so we may retrace to 40-50k but we're still going well into 6 figures after that. Literally no question. Bitcoin is a global asset class now and it's a microchip by global asset class standards.

Def bearish, I'm waiting $truf to drop a little more before doing a hard slurp at the bottom. Kinda scared what will happen after halving, but you gotta take risks here

In my little subjective bubble of perception? Bullish, and I'll tell you why.

Several states in the US have passed laws preventing local municipalities from regulating cryptocurrency mining operations. They have discovered that was a bad idea because a lot of mining operations make for shitty neighbors that create massive noise pollution. The current backlash against that is legislation being worked on that would "impose fees for high energy consumption" which is the usual argument that the anti-crypto left makes. A number of other states are about to pass similar legislation protecting cryptocurrency mining, which will be followed by the same cycle of "oh shit we fucked up".

What they are all about to discover is the following:
>Their regulatory agencies are effectively toothless
>A fine imposed on an individual LLC at a physical location does absolutely nothing to the decentralized mining pool behind it that the legal system has no conceptualization of
>There are actors within the banking sphere, the energy sphere, and the microprocessor sphere that are or will benefit from crypto so much that resources at the Federal level will not be deployed to curtail what these state and local governments now consider to be bad actors

A lot of people in power who think that they're very smart are about to collectively learn that they don't know shit. I speculate that this translates into rising prices.

I think the local bottom is in for BTC and that will become apparent by Monday. Bitcon Mining stocks will probably also experience a rally since some will think the market has been too bearish for them regarding the halving.
