It is more of the reverse. Because it's digital it's binding by the esoteric nature of crypto. When you pen sign any document when using a computer it's not technically technically enforceable in court for a litany of reasons, you could obviously lose.
It's kind of funny to think that every contract you see these tech corpos put at you really isn't true because anything on a screen is not a piece of paper with a notary stamp on a notary ledger from a certified notary. With good very reason.
