Been recently checking Some Real Estate analytics inside truflation charts, and came to the conclution that as long as parcels are clear, its a good idea to get some and unfold those amazon pre build houses, and rent them to broke zoomer rentoids.
I think you can get going with 25k and start being getting some real profits after 2 years.
