daily reminder that most of you guys are so fucking stupid for not holding enough bat. bat is the easiest 50x in the world. maybe even 100x or 200x. brave is directly competing against google in search, ads, ai, and browser share. it's value proposition revolves around privacy, as opposed to google's evil business model. brave is founded and led by the creator of javascript himself, and the company is headquartered in sf, the absolute center of the tech world. it's backed by founders fund and other vc juggernauts. it has over 26 million daily active users and keeps growing. and yet the market cap is only $500m! idiots.

BAT is a dead crypto. No hype, no movement, ironically no attention paid to the crypto whatsoever. The time to sell and move on was 2 years ago

Hi, Luke, why have you started shilling actual shitcoins on Twitter? Is this what Brave ads have become about? Hucksters without scruples but a bit of ad-spend money putting their dogshit in front of our faces?

Please, stop with BAT price hype. Brave is good, I use it everyday. accept what BAT really is (a fundraiser token) and move on

I watched a short vice documentary on "OneCoin" recently - some centralized shitcoin "cryptocurrency" (using that term lightly here) that was run by some scamming gypsy lady out of Bulgaria. She essentially stole a billion euros from people who bought it, then she disappeared

the interesting and funniest thing about it though was that OneCoin still exists and people are STILL BUYING AND HOLDING IT, even after this scamming lady was put on the FBI's most wanted list and Interpol has a warrant out for her arrest. People still couldn't let go, even after she stole all their money

I thought about it afterwards and was like "how could these retards STILL hold their scammy shitcoin? they're just funding this bitch's wallet" and then it hit me, I'm still holding BAT after all these years. As far as I can tell the only difference is that Brave never promised BAT would make me rich, but it also never implied otherwise. It's not like Brave came out and said "hey we're going to purposely keep this crypto at 20 cents, so don't buy it". If it was a fundraiser token like >>58322110 states (and I've heard this before in other threads) then I think Brave had a duty to come out and say that from day 1. BAT has just slowly scammed holders over the long run. Nobody wants it. You can't give the stuff away. We're more or less bagholding a scammer's scamcoin and pretending it will be worth it some day.

>You can't give the stuff away
Well, in point of fact, that's the entire purpose of BAT.

>> No.58322879

>>58322817
Yes. When one of the purpose of a token is to give it away, but nobody wants it because it's pretty much worthless, you have a big problem

>pretty much

I have no problem giving BAT away to people I like, content creators who make cool stuff, etc.

The problem is, they don't really want it and it makes no difference if I tip or don't tip. It's too bad. I wish it wasn't this way, but it do

Brave doesn't even offer me ads or pay out BAT anymore. The whole thing that makes the coin work is broken, so I don't know why anyone expects anything from it.

Unless you get rid of the KYC needed to collect the BAT, it will remain a failure.

It doesn't matter how many users Brave has, if there's no reason to hoard BAT it'll get sold as quickly as it's distributed to users.

Upside potential is still extremely good. Brave has the most users of any project. It's taking more time than a pump and dump as it should. I think the get rich quick really went to some people's heads.
