That's bullshit he could have rugged the LP to zero. Dev chose to stop at 700k. There was nothing logical about buying the dip in that situation, in fact it was stupid to do so. I've seen hundreds of other coins do the exact same thing and never recover. Buying at times like that is essentially throwing money away.
