#3: Appears to be some sort of multisig wallet that bought HOKK close to 900 days ago. Most likely, a small CEX or Dex. Hard to say.

Another big concern I've noticed, is the idea that due to Hokkaidu Inu having close to ~70k wallets, this means that a return to ATH would most likely mean a massive dump.
However, the data shows most buyers from 2021 sold along time ago, and barely hold funds worth much beyond what could benefit HOKK for marketing purposes.

This is the ideal scenario, while wallets don't hold large amounts to dump. They do hold enough that a large price increase would act as free marketing. Quite a unique scenario for a revival memecoin to find itself in. This is likely due to the fact HOKK suffered from a v2 contract transfer, meaning most of the whales that were going to hold HOKK, got netted into HOKKFI. In a way, acting as a ''purge''

Another look into the interconnectedness of wallets, as you can see once again. The biggest holder outside of Uniswap remains Hotbit.
Hotbit is an interesting case, it is unknown whether this can be considered burnt. For one, Hotbit is under lockdown by Chinese authorities, and they are known to take years if not decades to reach a resolution on their cases.

For the meantime, this wallet has been suckling in reflections akin to a wormhole. Which is another point in favour of Hokkaidu. It is deflationary by nature due to it's buy, and sell tax system which rewards holders with reflections.

This means even the hundreds of dead wallets are as a burning mechanism, which will only get better as volume increases overtime.

Finally, just to follow up on the above. Here is a bubblemap representation of the wallets.
As you can see, there is no redflags in HOKK. Now that the team has made a bridge to Base through Axelar, the possibilities to add further utility down the line have opened.

There are whispers in the shrine of the abyss of a method that could be implemented to increase the token burn mechanism for Hokkaidu, alongside increasing the LP of HOKK on base.

This is a rare token, while renounced contract revivals are hardly rare at all. The unique events that caused HOKK's raise, fall, and now the intentions behind it's revival, it is indeed, rather unique. You'd expect a whale to own 10 to 20% of the supply in projects like this, but this does not appear to be the case at all.

Catalysts will be found, inevitably. Knowing the state of the space, even a simple CEX announcement would likely bring enough activity to start the chain-reaction. HOKK might only be 10 to 15k USD in donations away from creating one of the best phoenix rising stories in the Defi space
