They were in charge of a project to automate a manufacturing process buy buying a machine to check for defects. They didn't tell the vendor exactly the load which the machine will bear and the total number of different SKU that little scanner has to scan. There are duplicate GTIN and the software can't handle duplicates. So they try to get the vendor to fix it but vendor told them rightfully to fuck off or pay up since they completed their job to the letter. They didn't have the budget for it so the machine they spent a couple hundred grand on last year wont be operational until next year. A dozen interns and contract staff had to be hired to do manual checking because we have to go live. Called her fucking incompetent in a fit of rage because this shit is so hard to fuck up. All she and her team had to do was to list out the variables and constants for the vendor. Im fucked now.

You really need to find an extra activity in which you can sense the feel of control : cam be golf, chess, running whatever and you focus on being better and better at it.

So when you're at work you're here to do 80% of the real job and collect the fake societal token ($) so you can enjoy your extra life and maybe if you earn enough and find a trad gf (almost impossible) and have a family.

That's scenario 1)

Scenario 2) you're a hyperactive dude and very ambitious and doesn't care about dying at 40yo then you go to the "entrepreneur" path : leave your job, fund your company and try and fail until you might (1%) have real success.

Scenario 3) the best one, you learn a lot about the corporate game and learn to use girls incompetence to your advantage so you can show leadership skills and it pumps you to a high position in your fagman job (no need to be good at the job you need to be desirable). I know some highly skilled engineers and they're basically mid-paid ants workers because they can't show leadership skills. This path is probably the best but given your current low EQ you might need 2-3 differents jobs and a solid 10 years to get there (it's normal tho).

When I started my job this year a lazy cunt told me on the phone basically a stupid useless task (it showed she didn't know what I was doing) and I carefully saved what she asked me to do in details etc etc so I can eventually show to high managers how she fucked up. Then I sent here an email with extreme details where she fucked up and called here on the phone. Basically on the phone I told here she was stupid and she made us both lose time for nothing and told her to not fuck up with me again with useless tasks.
She was furious and immediately told all managers I was aggressive etc... But I didn't got any feedback.
Then after telling this to my gf she told me I should have handled it better but it was not over : I had to sent her an email glto explain I was sorry and my reaction was inappropriate then I had to call her and make an excuse.
I did that and it worked really really well. She's not my best friend now but she never ever asked me anything after that and actually some people in the management like me because I asked to work at some special hours so I can train for my triathlons and they agreed. I thanked my gf and nobody at work is fucking with me again to ask me extra hours etc ... (They ask others, the ones who never say anything)
