Because I'm giving people MY PERMISSION in order for them to send me advertisement. That's why it's monetized. This is literally the future of advertising. Sooner or later people will pay me in order to have the permission to use my data. Take google for instance, they train their AI algos on your google search data for free, sooner or later they'll have to pay you a piece of the pie in order for you to let them use your data. You'll retain 100% control over your data and you'll be able to revoke the permission at any moment, but if you do that you won't get paid anymore, but they also won't be able to use your data anymore
