I have a french gf, play tennis, run, lift weights and tinker with electronics. These are all very expensive. My gf comes from a well off family and is extremely spoiled regarding travel, comfort, etc.

My personal tax rate is insane and the prices for anything in Paris are astronomical. I am also not entirely happy with my savings.

I did come from a developing country and getting by footing here took a while. It is only in the last couple of years that I have been making 120k.

In this situation it's better to get a Swiss working permit or Luxembourg/ Monaco (harder) open a bank account a deposit the money from FRA/GER account saying you keep the nationality but come here to work. Then buy full gold with the 1M from the swiss account. No taxes here in gold (taxes on silver idk why). But FR Switzerland is becoming a shithole pretty fast. Luxembourg is better right now.
