Don't ask too many questions. Pretty sure they upload in batches and keep things closed to avoid nuisances. They are preparing a rename after the buyout as well. I'm sure they're working out some kinks during the transfer and testnet development. Remember that Qredo has been more of a company than an open source project. It will be interesting to see how it progresses forward on mainnet launch.

Also there's a second GitHub profile for Fusionchain.
Going through the extra branches I found the more active developers.
They are still working, it's just not being published publicly at every minute. This is a pretty normal way to develop so you publish the "finished" branch and not just your thoughts and experimental commits.
