>These people have no actual skills
>Would not be able to do the jobs themselves, that they hire for
>Get paid as much or more than the men who have to do actual real work
>They get to judge others and get to decide whether or not someone else is able to put food on the table

This is why I'm perma-NEET. I hope all anons on /biz/ make it, regardless of what coins they hodl. That way "people" like this will be forever irrelevant to them.

I got fired by a nigger in hr recently. Someone who's never done a day of real work in his life was probably foaming at the mouth for a chance to fire someone. HR goons are puppets with corpo hands up their asses and they do it with a smile. I hope barbacue annexes this country and cooks alive every hr worker.

Every time I've seen a CEO start the process of surrounding themselves with yes-men for their stupid ass ideas it started with having HR purge everyone who wasn't an ass kisser.

HR screens resumes before sending final candidates to the hiring managers

>> No.58176591

I got a tiny 4% raise so I’m going to apply for internal jobs at my company for a bump in pay. If that doesn’t work then I’ll apply elsewhere. I haven’t updated my resume in a few years since I’ve been at this company. Are resume writing services worth it? Any tips/advice is appreciated

>When you're skilled in your field, but the initial pre-screen is with the HR rep

Well, time to avoid using field-specific lingo and just talk about soft skills
