not intentionally but i have ended up with cancelled orders, only once did i cancel an order on purpose because the customer had 0 dollar tip so fuck em lol. made the restaurant remake it.

I ordered from Wendy's in town on a cold night, I got a couple burgers and fries, no problem. I suspect that is quicker and more direct than if Wendy's was delivering direct because a lot of people don't order directly and they'd need someone on staff to it and wouldn't make much sense.

i used to be a goodytwoshoes and never think of touching a customers food or stealing an order but with the way the world and economy are going i increasingly dont give a shit. i dont know how their internal algorithm works but i can call in a fake emergency whenever i want and get hundreds of dollars worth of fancy food. im sure they kick you off the app if you do this too many times but they also cant afford to lose drivers at this point

Only got stopped twice while working, one was my fault because I would put on my emergency lights like a dumbass while dropping off orders, that cop let me go. Another time it was my fault as well because I had the emergency lights in the turning lane on because I couldn't find these apartments, that officer gave me a justified ticket because my sticker was over 6 months old lol. It wasn't a real ticket because all I had to do was replace my sticker.

You don't have to steal to get free food while working these apps. But fries are tempting.

I remember experiencing a weird bug on a local statewide app. Was a good barbecue plate and I paid with the app card, but as I got in the car the order completely disappeared and it said the customer had a payment issue. I enjoyed the meal and then the same exact order popped up again. I could have gone for it again but the same lady there would have thought I was a scammer lol.

yea if you do steal using methods like this you gotta spread it out over several restaurants with higher frequency of orders so its less obvious. if you do this to some small mom and pop place with only 2 cooks and 12 orders a day it will be obvious whats going on
