The mining company bought tokens at 10c over spot to make this happen. They are the only company with all the licencing and compliant nonsense to meet MICA requirements. Very soon dexes and cexes are going to be forced to comply with MICA which is basically mandatory kyc and only everest has the tech stack to hand to them and say "here's your regulatory solution". All the other identity solutions are a fucking joke, half of them don't even understand what identity is and none of them are even trying to get licenced which is a years long process.
