Doing the maths of 32.1 Troy ounces at 19.47 an ounce, that's £624 before the sales tax and 749 after. No it's not, you need to keep it down to earth, it must be profitable from the get-go, you aren't some kind of corporation with limitless cash to borrow, otherwise your experience will be short lived. If your business model doesn't even try to generate profits it's doomed to fail. There are probably many expenses you didn't take to account yet, both predictable and unpredictable. And by setting a break even policy you don't have any margin to negociate, which is inevitable if you face dealers.

I don't tell you that to discourage you, i believe you have your mind in the right setup and are invested to make it work, it's the most important thing and it's refreshing to hear about your "adventure", but i can immediately tell it's your first attempt at a personal business.
