The scammer has his wallet whitelisted for 0% tax while everyone else has a high tax / or they just have disabled transfers on the token which stops all sells from unauthorized wallets. It depends on where your coming from. If coming from cash, you can basically deposit directly on chain from coin base for virtually no fees. If coming from another chain, I recommend squid for larger amounts, fee should be like $10 to bridge or so. If you're bridging smaller amounts. I recommend using fbombs bridge. There is a higher % fee but if moving smaller amounts, that fee will be smaller. Fbomb fee is about 4% to get money from any supported chain to base. 1% tax buy/sell and another 2% for bridging. So if moving under $200 or so, fbomb is cheaper(it's built using layerzero) just double check your routes to make sure you get the best fees before you start trying to bridge, but these 2 options are the best right now

Before I bought my honeypots yesterday I checked them out pretty well...specifically for Luffy Inu, it had socials up, a website, buys/sells looked good. Scanner came back clean...nothing to indicate it was anything other than another shitty meme project likely to 10x.
