V2 liquidity is burned, the V3 liquidity is not. Uniswap seems to take from both pools when you buy, but that all happens behind the scenes. Functionally, both pools buffer the liquidity, and dampen the price swings. You can see on the chart from today how the price swings started to get more constrained starting in the afternoon, after the new liquidity came online.

Original V2 LP and the V2 LP from NFTs and fundraiser were burned. Users can still freely add liquidity by creating LP on Uniswap themselves and they of course don't want to lock or burn their money. Before yesterday there was no V3 liquidity, but a whale (who bought early with 300usd but who is not in connection with the devs or the TG) used 70m PWIF 0.5 ETH to create a lot of V3 liquidity yesterday. Uniswap is weird because you can't chart V2 and V3 pairs together, so there are two different pages on dexscreener. Both have around 40k liquidity. If you don't see your transactions go through on the V2 pair, go to the V3 pair and there it usually will pop up (uniswap automatically distributes swaps between both pairs)

I am an extremely early adopter of the food Pepe meme, and made many of the early food Pepes right when it first came out. I don't know who the original creator is, but I began copying the meme format as soon as I saw it. My workflow consists of using google image search to find a transparent .png of a food item, and then using Pixlr free version to place the object on the head of the classic "least rare" Pepe meme popular on /biz/. The background is not transparent, it is /biz/ blue. I use the color picker tool to take a prominent color from the food item and then paint bucket Pepe's shirt, also doing a secondary or tertiary color on the edges, if there are any. The canvas is sized to accommodate the food, which should be carefully placed, rotated and sized to maximize comedic effect. Sometimes a very minimal drop shadow on the food item is employed, but only if it really improves the final product. Sometimes I will manually erase part of the object to make it appear that the object is resting between the two bumps on Pepe's head, but only if it is a cylindrical food. I live a blockchain lifestyle.
