Here's a tip, seeing as you speak English, look into trying to get into Canada. As it happens, the border is essentially wide open. See if you can talk to the consulate or something, embellish your story if you must to make it seem as if you and your sister's lives are in imminent danger.

Same with the US, it's even easier. Literally just fly to Mexico (not sure how you'd get the money for this, to be fair), and walk through the border. NGOs will give you whatever you need. You don't seem like a parasite at all, which is why I'm advocating for illegal immigration in this particular circumstance.
Perhaps try Russia if you haven't already. I imagine the pay is probably better with regards to menial work, so if nothing else you could survive for the time being, or even start saving up for a ticket the fuck out.
