That meme will lead you in the right direction though. So many people fall for the lifestyle creep meme and the keep up with the joneses meme, which will stop you from ever building wealth. The average normie seems to compete to see who can frivolously blow the most money on stupid crap. I know a bunch of normies who are significantly older than me and make significantly more money, but they shit their pants when I reveal how much I have. I've only been working full time for like 6 months, and never had a job for a year straight, but I easily surpassed them in wealth because I just frugal max and invest all my money. Forget about all the bullshit and focus on buying your own freedom one day is the move if you ask me.
