did you not try to get it back? I heard this happened to someone and they threatened legal action and the exchange capitulated
I try to avoid cexes as much as possible now and only use perp dexes like dydx or hyperliquid if I want to trade perps
no chance of kyc or having assets seized since its self custodial, still need a vpn to access the frontend though
