Google and youtube until you're able to do the job. My first job was a tech job in a field I knew nothing about. I made it sound like I was an expert and wrote/spoke in a way that let them know I wasn't stupid and next thing I knew I was hired. I spent night and day for a couple weeks learning everything I could and did everything in my power to learn and retain relevant info along the way as it came up. Had to be cautious at first not to say anything blatantly stupid on topics I was meant to understand but aside from that it was smooth sailing and by month 2 or 3 I was genuinely who I pretended to be at first.

Same. The old guys at the company think they're not good tools. I just use it and save hours so I can fuck off for half the day. Sometimes I even pretend like in stuck on something and have it take me twice as long as usual without these tools so I can basically fuck off for an entire day
