For most coins you can use dextools dot io
for shit like solana we use jup dot ag
you buy the native coin like ETH or SOL, hold it in a wallet extension like metamask or phantom and then you link your wallet to the websites to trade

you find all of the coins using dexscreener dot com

be aware, you will likely not make money this cycle shitcoining. Shitcoining is incredibly pvp and 99% of people make 0 profit
