Fractional ownership of an asset (think real estate) is something a lot of companies/people would be interested in, especially when you have proof that your ownership is 100% tied to a physical asset. Someone wants to build a luxury hotel, tokenizes the cost, you buy tokens and share in the profits as an owner. It's basically like stocks, but for assets instead of companies...and it's secured on the blockchain.
