Me, my underling who did most of the work, my boss, and the CEO. It was a two month process to get another license set up when we hired another underling for me because we couldn't keep up output. The CEO was fighting to not spend more money, but also didn't want to give up her license, so was trying to get me and my boss to give up ours, but also wanted us in the review process to make edits before things got to her for signature.
