I;m going to have to work forever and id rather die

No one cares about me. I lost a decent amount of money. Every other aspect of my life is in shambles except for physical health as far as I know since I eat well and go to the gym 5 days a week. I read regularly as well which is also nice since it makes me feel less lonely. But other than that, I'm a fairly disliked person and my performance in the market is almost everything to me. I am not well.

I haven’t been able to focus on my studies for the last 5 hours. I want to study but every time I do I check the chart not even 3 minutes later

Prioritize sleep. If you don't get good sleep, nothing will go right. It doesn't matter if you show up late. It doesn't matter if the assignment is overdue. Get good sleep and your head will be clearer and you'll feel better about everything.

Yeah I’ve been really bad about it recently. Just too much bullshit going on. I guess this is what happens when you’re a “late bloomer”, trying to be good at guitar, programming, getting a job so I’m not fucked after I graduate, interview prep, etc. so late when everyone else was finding out what they wanted to do when they were 14. I guess figuring it out at 20 and sticking with it until (almost) 23 and finally starting to see the fruits of my labor is good but even then, it’s effected my health, sleep, friendships, etc. I’m glad I have an understanding girlfriend tho who is proud of me and a couple of cool people that I work with who are much older than me and try to mentor me, even tho everyone else in my life hates me

Focus on the positive anon. Having that good woman at your side can make all the difference. There have been times where I didn't know what I'd do if I didn't have my wife. When my own parents turned on me through COVID she was there with me in the rain.

Take it from a 29yo boomer. You're young; you can burn it all and start again and still have a normal, successful life. The fact that you're getting a CS degree puts you miles ahead of most people. When you finish and get a good job you'll see how little the money you stressed about today was.

If Wallstreet wants to short and or suppress the price, that's how they do it. Look at precious metals. Dollar to gold ratio would be like $20k, but it isn't, and will never be.

I'm in a similar boat anon. Check MSPUS chart. The dam is cracking. We are down 14% from ATH while the 2008 crash was a 23% drop from previous ATH... and the stock crash hasn't even happened. Two situations are possible.
1) crash and housing becomes affordable
