Nothing is easy. The reason people are not FOMOing is because the price of 1 bitcoin is prohibitively expensive and a lot of people for some reason don't understand that you can buy a fraction of a bitcoin. In addition to this, there have been many crashes and most people are very cautious about their money. Especially if they have been burned before when bitcoin crashed and the money that they risked with was actually needed for other things like food/rent/taking care of family/kids.
