It's too volatile, too many scams, no utility etc. etc. However, I can see that HOKK and LUCKY do have teams in place and some active holders, and I think the trifecta is more than a meme... CEX would be great but it depends on how many NFTs are sold. From what I know about LINU and HOKK's discussions, it will take $5k to $10k to get listed. I think that would require a few hundred at the current price because part of the NFT funds also have to go towards the holder rewards+donations to dog rescue organizations.
