Hold me, sidelined bros... I thought you only had to justify anything above 10k? Not like I made a bunch of small transactions just below the limit. Why tf are banks like this??? Now I finally understand Bitcoin maxis, or why there's even "stable"coins in the first place.

Did you get the call when you first acquired your 100k? If not then that might be the reason your funds are frozen

why banks assume the worst when you deposit a "large" amount of money? They never think "ok, this guy may have saved some money worked hard for it" ; instead they assume by default you did illegal activities like drug trafficking or forced prostitution, which is funny in a way because it means it's impossible for cattle wageslaves to have a lot of money in a world controlled by the (((elites)))

That's exactly it. These movements trigger their Anomaly Detection systems, because 50% of the population isn't even able to save anything monthly, 30% save like 100 USD, and from the rest the amount of people who actually proactively invest is small. There is also the additional AML laws in most countries which directly tell banks to perform extra KYC research when crypto is involved.

Relax you bozo. You can buy BTC for $40k after the halving correction.

Same shit happened to me. You just have to deal with this shit until is solved. Remember that banks dont want you to make money.

Pretty stupid of them desu. This one drives further the whole point of crypto: Ditching the inconvenient third party.
Also why would they make it hard for you to cash out? Having your money in their bank would allow them to use it.

It took 20 days for me to solve it and keep funding my accounts in binance and ibkr.
Banks want you to buy their derivatives packed full with junk debt in it. And if you want to buy stocks through them be ready to pay through the nose in commisions and get fucked with the biggest spread immaginable.
I only use them to keep cash and buy bonds. Thats it.

I've dealt with similar shit before which is why I try to DCA into stables all year round even if I don't but shit with them, banks get real autistic when you suddenly move more money than usual especially when it's crypto related
