I have a 401k question. I want to sell, not withdraw, a fund that I have my 401k invested in, so as to purchase another. My 401k is through Alerus and they have an oddly worded feature wherein I can "transfer" (by which it means: sell and then buy) my investment in Fund A to Fund B. They list the per-fund fees, and neither of the funds that I want to do this with charge a fee. Does doing this affect taxes in any way?
