BS. They have an entire section with hundreds of pages of documentation, white papers, etc. The website is very thorough about the technology, tokenomics, team etc. and you can read about the protocols in depth from the whitepapers

Not only this, but you can see every commit the developers have made over time, and you can track the code they've added line by line, and you can very clearly see that actual development is happening.
