Look at this beautiful chart.....

Up 30% in one month and each bitcoin airdropped 6 free ounces of gold. I made over 2 pounds of gold plus 800 pounds of silver in the last few weeks......for free

I wanted yall to become rich too....I told you this would happen it was so obvious like as obvious as paying 40% premium on a commodity is a scam obvious.......

Anyway I'm now the biggest stacker on this blog bigger than all you combined....I'm disappointed in yall for not getting rich....do better

Central banks don't hold it because it is too scarce. It actually can't be both a store of value and simultaneously an industrial metal.
This is why you are here to be a fuddy duddy. A flat screen TV costs several hundred dollars and they all have close to 2 ounces of silver in them.
What would happen to the price of TVs if silver was priced based on supply/demand of physical availability and not paper silver/derivatives.

Gold is a great investment to weather the global bankruptcy of humanity that is looming. But per historical, mining, and current ratios, silver is comically cheap.
I hold gold only to stay diversified. However the trader in me thinks it is obviously the correct choice for everyone to sell ALL of their golf for silver.
Central banks are massive and could easily slurp up 100% of the silver market if they really wanted to. But that betrays the trust of the paper-ponzi we all consent to living under. You are I are free to buy up silver and they really can't do anything to stop us. But make no mistake about it, real-life shortage will be exposed first and foremost in the silver market. This makes it hands-down the single most important commodity in the world aside from oil.

The world would be a better place if smart phones, computers and TV were almost unattainable for the poor. Then they'd read more books and get smarter, and then not poor. Cheap and readily available electronics are part of the globalists agenda to keep us from becoming genuinely more equal. They thrive on class warfare.

I am not disagreeing with the horror of technology on the human experience.
My point was to illustrate how the price of silver can turn the global economy on its head if it is not contained.
The banks need us to keep buying in to the paper-ponzi so they can dilute our purchasing power to pay off debts. And if people seek refuge in physical capital and goods then that will pose some serious problems as banks can't paper over real-world-shortages.
I think silver is the thinnest, most dangerous commodity there is. It is also a logical safe haven for loss of purchasing power of bank credit. It's a literal ticking-time-bomb waiting to go off which is why I want as much of it as I can get my hands on while I still can.

And that is absolutely a certainty at some point, not schizo at all, and will actually be a good thing for civilization. If, on the other hand, you mean a collapse of global civilization, I doubt that will happen in my lifetime. It will require more than just a changing of world currency.

>lets be honest: stacking is only for SHTF and we're all schizophrenic preppers
None of you appear to be actual schizophrenics. Even schizobro is a bit schizotypal at best. Actual schizophrenics tend to lack the cognitive capacity and income to stack consistently.

We have a couple malignant narcissists here. Or maybe just one with a couple personas. They don't interact with each other so it's possible they're the same person.

Most here are at least moderately antisocial, and may be using the guise of prepping to engage in hoarding behaviors they would still practice even without that excuse. It's pretty common for stackers irl to realize that prepping is futile, but to continue stacking metals anyways. They weren't stacking to prep, that was just an excuse. They want to be prepared, but not necessarily for armageddon. Stacking metals leaves you prepared for lots of financial situations, not just the fall of society. Most here probably hope society collapses, but eventually they'll realize just because they hope for something doesn't mean it's going to happen. In fact things rarely go the way antisocial types expect, because they fail to accurately account for human behavior, which is ultimately the only variable that matters in the maintenance of a society.

Some here just love history and old coins and such. Those are the ones least likely to quit what they're doing, though their specific interests may change over time. Stacking because you genuinely enjoy it is the only motive likely to survive changes in your personality, economic status, and goals. This is because stacking for fun is the only reason that immediately pays off. Not in some vague future dystopia, but right now.

I don't expect the sky to fall, but I do expect bad things to happen to the USD in my lifetime. This is good, because shiny alone won't be nearly enough in the case of anything resembling an actual collapse of society (even if the other stuff you'd want might be nice in general). Being without clean water or food for a while can happen, so I do prep for that.

I also don't think I'd have as much saved if it were sitting around in a bank account and seeing the absolute travesty honking Canadians (not the geese, fuck those) went through not long ago I'm glad to have assets that can't just be turned off. Cash would suffice for that, but it's also really liquid and doesn't have any moonboi potential.

Or is it more likely that they will print money like the lunatics they are and pour it into the economy? If you think the former, then you should probably stuff your mattress with USD. If you think the latter, as I do, then PMs in hand are your best bet.

In the meanwhile, stop expecting the spot price of metals to follow inflation in the short term. Inflation never enters the market uniformly. It enters in a way that favors special interests. That's why inflation makes the rich richer and everyone else poorer. But eventually the music stops. Then people will hard assets outside the banking system win.

I ran into this problem when getting my spot ounce of gold from nationwide. The fix is to call your card ahead of time and tell them you will be making a transaction like that.

Anyway, I found my ayys.

There's generational wealth being made right now and just trust me bros ur gonna need it.

Not because muh collapse muh hyperflation or any of that coin merchant bs you parrot but because your owners are lowering your standard of living 5 or 10 percent per while ratcheting up crime

Last chance to get wealthy or live 10 to a room with the new Americans. Your choice. Choose wisely

No, that thing is impressive. To think that's close, if not WHAT it looked like when it was presented. The condition is immaculate. A lot of detail and hard work went into their money, even everyday copper. $500k seems like such a a low estimate given memeflation for that. Islamic gold is sometimes in the millions.

David Icke's warns about this and calls it the "totalitarian tiptoe". They move to remove your freedoms and rights slowly so you won't notice or will just passively accept it, seeing it as inevitable (or for the stupid people, "progress"). He outlines how they do this and calls it "problem-reaction-solution". They create a problem, cause a reaction ("the government needs to do something!!") and then offer the preplanned solution which is to take away your rights. Fuck the elites.
