Argentina hasn't always been cheap. In fact it has been expensive for longer than it has been cheap in the past 40 years. There is no guarantee it will be cheap in the future. Even today only basic necessities like rent and food are cheap. Things like electronics or cars are 2-3x the price in US or Europe.
