You can still make it with a few grand. Find one low mc coin that 10 or 20x and your 3000 is now 30. Find one more gem and the 30 is a million. Don't have to risk it all, after you run up the 3k just take 5-10k shots. It's not that hard to come up with a new 3k to try again if you run out of money. 9 losers and one 100x puts you way ahead.
