is it normal to have a phobia of aging and time passing but not of death? I see death as peace, sweet release, i've looked down the barrel of my gun a few times and yearned for the void but something held me back. But god damn. The thought of being 70, or 60, or even 50 sucks. what a wretched, goddamned awful existence. I'd rather still be in the condition I was in at 25 and stay that way for 20 years before dying than spend 50 more years watching myself wither away and die as everything becomes slowly harder to do as you grow uglier and weaker by the year. The only reason I invest for the long term is because the cancer (literal and figurative) of being old as fuck would be made that much more hellish if I thought about still being broke in that condition and having to slave away like a teenager. How does everyone else feel? Finna turn 30 in 3 months and just feeling really shit about how I've only got 1 or 2 more decades if lucky left before the seemingly endless decline really accelerates and life becomes hell.

But from what I know, clomid does not stop your natural production of anything, but does show muscle building benefits; with little-no negative side effects.
>>57715209
You probably get used to it the older you get. I used to think 28 was old, then 29, etc.
The real phobia should be *HOW* you die, it's a much more understandable phobia.

as you go the efficiency of the return can hypothetically increase if you learn to invest well.

DCA is for when you get your paycheck and want to invest 20% then average down or start a new position.

Yeah, insane, right?

But suppose he realizes something like "our demographic pyramid is lopsided, we need more families forming and having kids". Then he might try to make housing more affordable to accomplish that. Holy fucking shit am I glad I read this.

I wanted to buy a put to protect my NVDA position which is 140% up but becomes long term only in May, so it was a nice way to protect my gains and reduce the tax. Turns out that would have made all my shares short term, what the fuck. Why is this even the case?

i just turned 30 to and that is why i got into investing. the way i see the only thing left to do with life is increase my networth and overall comfort in life which the two are definitely associated.

drive to the nicest neighborhood where you live and the houses are very well cared for, the residents live a great life, and have a lot of time to pursue travel and stuff like that. realize that most of them are 50+ years old and are probably happier now then when they were a college student since most them types are college educated.

that is why i invest money so i can have a nice life later on and i like having money lots. age is actually a big factor in wealth so if you like money realizing years added to your life are years that your money will grow.

>Calls or Puts on MARA?

Tough call, but my money is on MARA pumping. If BTC remains at its current price/pumps then obviously MARA will pump. They should have a positive q4 as other crypto miners did. I'm looking at approximately $33 as the first price target.

Problem is BTC price action has been stable. Too stable. This has me very scared, and my gut feeling tells we could get some surprise action happening that is unpredictable. This last tail bit of February is hard to predict.

I *want to believe* the way to a pumpage is through a dumpage. 54k is most likely the next target, but potential shenanigans would see us hitting 49k to 50k first. The closer we get, the clearer the answers will be.

I just read the Berkshire Hataway letter and I charted their returns vs the s&p that is posted in there. Seems like the reason the company is always reported to outperform the market by so much is because they made some big wins in the past but in recent years he's not been beating the market by that much though. He basically says this in his letter, that it was easier, early on, to double their business but now that they've become so big it's harder (also since buying public companies is more difficult). Still, in case of an unfortunate event I believe they'll be able to better handle it, especially because of the $169B cash pile.

>"Berkshire should do a bit better than the average American corporation and, more important, should also operate with materially less risk of permanent loss of capital. Anything beyond “slightly better,” though, is wishful thinking. This modest aspiration wasn’t the case when Bertie went all-in on Berkshire – but it
is now. "

Food for thought; MCD's Big Mac combo meal price changes over the decades. 1980's - $2.59.1990's -$2.99, 2000's - roughly still under $4. By 2010 though things had turned shatty, $4.19. Then course the quality of the product went downhill to.

hires fix, you gen something at low res, doesn't have to be 512x512, it can be 640x720 too, then it gets 2x'd (doesn't have to be 2x exactly because 2x is a good choice) and inpainted to refine it.
