All you have to do is use a bridge to get your ethereum onto arbitrum. You can use the official arbitrum bridge if you want. It will take like 5-10 minutes and it will give you a countdown timer. Then you buy your kenis on uniswap.

If you have your ethereum on an exchange right now, go create a metamask wallet. Then you send your ethereum to the ETH wallet of your metamask arbitrum wallet (choose arbitrum on uniswap, top right corner you can change from eth to arb, the icon). Then you simply send your ETH from your exchange to this address using Arbitrum 1 network. Do a test transfer first. Now your Eth is automatically wrapped and should show up in your Arb wallet as ETH. A little clusterfk which is why price will explode when normies can finally buy it on exchanges without hassle.
