What makes you think Nvidia being worth more than Amazon is weird enough to call it a bubble? Nvidia has no competition for top-shelf graphics cards, and there's nothing even close to CUDA out there. Amazon is a frontend to sell incredible volumes of literal trash vomited from chink factories.

it's really easy to have crazy revenue growth when you barely make any profit at all. thats kind of the point, its all speculation at this point. maybe they can go from 5 billion to 150 or maybe not and they stall at 30 or 50 or 70 or 90, but it's certainly priced like it's a sure thing they're going to ABOVE amazon and google profit levels.

>Nvidia is worth more than Amazon
Higher margins, higher growth and it's basically a monopoly in it's industry. Everything needs chips. AI needs chips. They old the ONLY patents that forces a lot of phone makers to go through them to create types of chips they have patent for. Nvidia isn't in a bubble because their entire stock value is based on the GROWTH of the company and how fast it's growing due to AI demand and them literally having zero competition so their margins are out of whack!

Amazon's margins aren't that great in most things. There are a lot of online stores/physical stores it's competing with. AWS is competing with a lot of other services, which also makes it margins lower. Twitch might be a cash burning they have to subsidize.

You use Nvidia chips more in a daily bases than Amazon.

>Plus Based on current earnings P/E is only like 30. Which isnt anywhere near tulip/bubble territory.
The current price only makes sense if Nvidia not only continues to bring in its current astronomical income but actually increases its income. Competitors will eventually step in and force them to reduce their profit margin, while demand from the rest of the mag7 will cool off soon, which will cause the P/E to skyrocket. The market is absolutely delusional.
