its basically all and any leverage exchange vs those that take positions, they collide together in secret and share open positions accross all exchanges. then they work together to liquidate the majority of positions. everybody (all exchanges) win. its also not illegal to do this cause there are no rules in crypto and even if there were rules it would still happen. too profitable to collide against leverage traders.
