Now that we can easily turn anything into a token, we can also easily enable them to be sold via digital raffle tickets which considerably lowers the barriers to entry for market participants. Regulations aside, If someone wants to sell their tokenized precious metals or real estate, they can put it on a platform that enables this like Eesee and create a raffle for it. If a property costs $250,000, they can create 10,000 tickets costing $25 each. So people can then buy not just a fraction of the property, but the entire thing and the seller is able to dump it without slippage or worrying about finding a cash buyer. This can be applied to any RWA token.

This will probably go on for many years before RWA regulations catch up. There is a new token that will probably be used for RWAs called ERC 3643..which enables the issuance, management, and transfer of permissioned tokens and only allows people with pre-defined conditions to become holders of it...but like i said it will probably take many years for that to catch on. Until then, we gonna raffle off houses and expensive wine to the poors on chain, so get it while it is good niggers.

its kind of funny to think that Enron got graped from trading bandwidth and here we are about to trade tokenized houses from 3rd world countries and will somehow earn yield from that

For nfts ok, but you're really quite retarded if you think RWAs will be able to be traded like that.

This is a really good point regarding RWAs in real estate. I wouldn't say this is going to totally replace looking for a singular seller to buy out the property outright at a reduced price but this is an amazing new market to be created.
