Yes, is a little strange, and i will tell you why it is likely happening.

Basically, and especially in bear markets or the more muted phases after them like now, swing linkers are very active and actually affect the price extremely predictably with reliable sell volumes and predictable areas. Like $20 region for example.

This almost always results in a retrace or dump because swing linkers sell and buyers are mostly done for the prior trend up. Most swing linkers are dumb and dont really understand but do notice it so they reliably sell off.

THIS TIME here, there is matching buy volume for the most part. Not really enough to pump it but enough to have absorbed all the predictable swing linker liquidity.

This may be a coincidence or planned, but most likely a coincidence. Its going to leave a lot of swingies down when it pumps without the expected retrace.
