so basically I've been looking for a entry level business analyst job for years, finally got one last June. I felt as if I was in no position to negotiate a salary so I accepted $50k a year (Wisconsin). I know I'm extremely competent in a ton of areas, they want me to stay with the company long term but I don't want to wait for these faggots to deliver empty promises down the road, and I feel like an absolute poorfag at $50k a year. should I hold out for at least a year before looking or start throwing my resume out again? I already have a ton of projects and experience from the current job in 6 months but feel like that is too short of a window to threaten to leave.

Throw out resumes now. If you get a job offer, do a bidding war between that one and your current job.

Keep throwing out resumes and do not tell anyone at work about, don't even drop hints. Don't ever coast at a company until you get a good position where you are comfortable in.
