I'm not being facetious. Does this look like a double-top to you? Draw some lines. It's obeying every one. It doesn't matter if it makes sense. It matters that people (and computers) trade off of it.

I'm not sure you're aware, but the dividend yield was above 70% a couple years ago. People that owned PBR for 2 years are up 100% just from dividends. People that bought in the march 2020 crash are probably sitting on a x10 dividends included.

Fellas, I need some advice.
I own 110 WMT and wrote a 175C for Feb 23rd. We have ER on Tuesday and a split on the 26th.
Our store is up like 6% over last year so I am expecting there to be a bullish reaction to the ER. However we are one of the better stores in the district, so the rest of the data could be absolute shit. Also, the market could be irrational and dump the stock regardless.

My biggest worry is that the stock rockets up and I miss out on the upside, due to the CC. Having it shit the bed would be preferable since I know it's a good company long term. However, I have the ability to trade forex and CFDs, so I could theoretically long or short it during the premarket before news actually breaks, which allows me to hedge my position. My thought is to have a simultaneous long and short CFD with a $5 buffer from the ticker price (about 3%) with a tight stop. That way if there is some volatility, I have minimal losses due to the tight SLs but expose myself to a big long on the upside.

Does that make sense? Is there a better way to do it? Markets are closed for the long weekend anyways now

I can't tell if I'm retarded or not, but I honestly think so. I don't think the AI hype is over yet, and there's too much capital in nvda and smci for it not to even have a dead cat bounce before cooling. Even if gains slow down on smci considerably, it's still on track to recover quite a bit imo.

Son envisions creating a company that can complement chip design unit Arm Holdings Plc and allow the billionaire to build an AI chip powerhouse, said the people, who requested anonymity because the discussions remain private.
