Let's say you own a house in a good area. 4bdm. Then you buy some land. Now you rent out your house by the bedroom - $250/week each. That's $1000/week while you still work a job and use your pay check to build your house on the land.
You make a plan of the house and get a draughtsman to make it professional. You engage a builder or plumber or electrician as needed. You pay monthly invoices- which your salary can manage (rather than needing 400k all at once).
Passive income is what you need, not 10M.
