Programming, electrical engineering and any trade. Even if there was a mass EMP and internet was turned off, programming programs on ethernets and general electronics would still be a thing.
Electronical/mechanical engineering will always be needed as civilization will always strive towards proficiency in electronics as a means of automating processes mechanically and electronically.
Trades will always be needed for obvious reasons.
