>you are a the retarded. TCP is a transport layer protocol, its just as required as IP on the network layer is.
wow, so exactly like LN on top of Bitcoin onchain transactions.

using your retarded logic: if IP, or ETH frames are good, why would we ever need TCP?
just scale the frame size so that entire web page (or file) fits in ETH frame
no need for complicated TCP!

yes, that is how dumb big blockers are

>> No.57582648

>>57582609
Network layer protocols were never designed to run everything. They were designed with the rest of the OSI model in mind
Bitcoin wasn't designed with L2s in mind. They are literally bandaids to the problems that L1 bitcoin faces. And in the case of CJ it doesn't even work well as a bandaid, since it doesn't provide privacy or fungibility.

it does, you are unable to know which transactions are CJ of the multi in + multi out transactions.

>> No.57582691

>how do you know?
Because satoshi would have included them in the whitepaper.
>and?
And they are bandaids for a broken insufficient layer 1. BTC just doesn't work as a currency, thats why L2s are needed.
>>57582673
Since bitcoin isn't fungible your CJ'd coins will be blacklisted just like any stolen/tainted coins.
Chainanal has been able to get around CJ for a while now anyway, the privacy set it tiny and probabilistic attacks work.

Lighting Network is not a solution I'm sorry to say.
Anyone that tried using it IRL knows this. You need to pay up the ass to move your real bitcoin into lighting bitcoin. Then you can only spend as much lighting bitcoin as you have on your channel. If it became commonplace you would have 90% of wallets built around CEX nodes. Its not even that cheap or fast either.
But you don't need to pay coffee with Bitcoin for Bitcoin to be valuable.

>You need to pay up the ass to move your real bitcoin into lighting bitcoin.
this is the exact same bitcoin
even the same bitcoin transactions are the transactoins in LN, you just delay the time when you publish them into blockchain itself.

>Then you can only spend as much lighting bitcoin as you have on your channel.
you can reload your channel, without need to touch layer 1. just pay someone in fiat or blowjobs to get him to send you over LN, and done
