It's almost like you can't TRULY escape the midwit trap, no matter how hard you try. Maybe I just need to stop researching coins and just ape in whatever randomly? Everytime I research "early entry point", "best tech", "best tokenomics", etc etc etc, I ALWAYS CHOOSE THE WRONG COINS AND I'M ALWAYS TOO DAMN LATE! Like, when I think I've gotten into a 5x, it turns out it already 100-200x'd for the whales and I become instant exit liquidity. The most recent example of this bullshit is Shido - great tech, great tokenomics, around 100m market cap, but fuck it just dumps and dumps endlessly.

Sigh.

Your first mistake is thinking ‘great tech’ is important to anyone in crypto. It’s not. Crypto is 14 years old and if the tech was important we would have seen real world use cases by now. Stop seeing crypto as some technological advancement and more of a Ponzi gambling scheme. Make your purchases based on knowing what it really is. And for as much fudding and jeeting there is on this board if you sit here an analyze what people are posting you can filter in good information. Right now meme coins are where it’s at and many have been shilled here that will provide nice gains if you have patience.

The narrative seems to be explicitely not to buy into good projects
Also 2017 bought midwits into crypto who now dominate CT, so mitwit traps like TAO are pumping.

How do you know which ones are "the right ones" then? That's right, you don't. It's all hype and luck in the end.

The narrative a few years ago was you could buy any old garbage and it would pump like crazy eventually. So I bought THE BEST garbage.

...Guess what?

You need to sit and think really hard who makes these kind of articles/videos. I know you can do it if you really try.

-trading volume
-transactions
-high hash rate
-probability of normie adoption
-hasn't pumped yet

When you type out the factors it seems like such an obvious choice... but yea midwitting

Low quality alts pump later and less high.
