Because the price is so low lately. it changes yield %s as price goes up. But as the other anon said its a basic monopoly like other telecoms that cant really grow without shifting its own business sectors so they just sit there and farm out divies.

Bonds don't increase their yield by 8-12% annually, dividend stocks that grow are great long-term investment. They are also tied intrinsically to a currency that may die or be replaced soon, companies will simply move to the next one and you'll have your shares still. The newest risk is that you could have your bonds defaulted if you're deemed "unfriendly" to the US govt, a factor introduced in 2022 when the treasury defaulted on Russian own bonds because muh Ukraine. It's likely to rear its ugly head domestically when social credit rolls out officially. Oh, you said nigger on 4chan? Goodbye bonds! Stocks aren't safe from this either to be fair, it's just more safe because companies have never given a shit about politics or anything aside from making money. Crypto is really the only haven but I digress.

High yield stocks tend to be value traps anyway, but they're still better than shitty bonds unless you're already sitting on millions of dollars.

TFLO is the easiest one with the highest payments/lowest fees. You buy it just like a stock and can sell it if you want to do something else just like a normal stock. It's the same as if you went through the process of buying actual bonds but in exchange for paying the 0.15% ETF fee you have the capability of withdrawing your money at a moment's notice rather than having to wait for a traditional bond to mature and get your money which could be 6-18 months from now.

That's a very short term perspective. Further digitalisation and automatisation will probably increase the efficiency and decrease costs even further in the future. The long term impacts of mass migration will be significant on the other hand. China will not collapse because they didn't import a 100 Million africans. I'm not so sure if the multiethnic US and EU will exist in a hundred years though.

I also don't know where you got 10% from on LTCG, it's either 0%, 15%, or 20% depending on your income. Are you in the 0% bracket but paying 10% state? Sounds like you picked a shitty state, son.

Part of your paycheck pre-tax gets deferred into a brokerage usually with shitty fees and options and is only really worth using if the employer has a decent match otherwise I would recommend just pocketing this money into your brokerage where you will be able to trade better and access it early without penalties since who the fuck has time to retire at 60+ anyway?
>Roth IRA
This is the best account Americans have access to, post-tax money goes in, but you pay absolutely nothing once it's inside, not on dividends, not to sell or buy, nothing. It may as well be a simulated portfolio except it's actual money in there. Uncle Sam really doesn't like this account, because they want money, so they limit it heavily. You can only deposit $7,500 into it for the year of 2024, it may or may not increase next year, likely not since it just did for the first time in awhile this year.

I just max out the Roth every year and everything else goes into my taxable, personally. Don't like 401ks.

Am I too late to load up on shares? Im thinking going 50% CLSK 50% MARA. I've seen a video on MARA having dodgy fundamentals debt wise, so I would buy just because it's biggest one due hype.

Then I would also buy MSTR

Basically:

200k MSTR
50k CLSK
50k MARA
And I have another additional 50k in cash just in case.

So I would have 300k allocated in a leveraged BTC play. But everything looks so fucking pumped now, so im just gambling on a new ATH at this point. Thoughts? I would be happy with a 2x, ideally a 3x and im out.

Though the total amount of funding and the specific structure of the deals (cash, stock, tech, or services) are unknown, Nvidia has become linked with a host of companies that we expect are using Nvidia technology. CoreWeave, an Nvidia-backed cloud computing startup not only uses Nvidia chips but has secured $2.3bn in financing using Nvidia H100 GPUs as collateral. This financing will be used to purchase more advanced chips, most probably from Nvidia. It is estimated that CoreWeave was Nvidia’s 7th largest customer of H100 GPUs in 2023, purchasing 40k of the processors for 4.5% of total revenues (an H100 GPU sells for $30k). Meta and Microsoft tied for number 1 at 150k each.

The core takeaway is that an increasing share of NVDA’s revenues from the past two quarters can potentially be attributed to startups NVDA has funded itself. These companies operate in robotics, machine learning, SaaS, and cloud computing, all sectors reliant on AI chips. This self-funded demand is a risk becauseit is dependent on NVDA’s own investment spending and potentially misinterprets independent demand for NVDA chips because NVDA is essentially funding its own customers.

No taxes on bonds (how it should be) if you hold til maturity (unlike germoney HAHAH RICH COUNTRY WE TAX YOU ON MONEY WE GIVE YOU)
And 5% tax on dividends (paid to greece), double taxation is a problem everybody has (also germoney).

When you consider that the typical sheep is blowing money on retarded things the joke that they're living check to check even when they're pulling 100k a year makes sense. Gotta pay that $1000 a month car payment to keep up with the neighbors, pay that fast food delivery fee cause they're to lazy to drive not even 5 miles to get it (or to get it after work),etc. Imagine if your getting paid 100k and actually fucking punting 50k of that back a year to investments. You'd be rich as fuck and not worrying about nothing in your golden years without really straining your "here and now" life either. Me, my salary between 2019 and 2023 went up 47% percent. Did I blow that extra money on shat? Hell no. Instead I hiked my 401k contributions 3x (which hey right in time for a major market dump fest..) and I also hiked my emergency fund contributions. (my pension also got hiked though I had nothing to do with that, it just did as part of the salary hikes)

The US sadly I think is worse off than yuropoors. They at least have stability even if it's low quality stability. Everything in the states is fucking poison. Our food is poison, our water is poison, our healthcare is poison, the current culture is poison. The only thing that matters to anyone of importance in this country is money, that's it. No loyalty to anything or anybody. We used to make fun of yuropoors because of grocery prices and what not but their groceries at this point are considerably cheaper than ours here and with better ingredients. The only thing that makes this country even notable is the fact that if you really apply yourself and jump over hundreds of hurdles, you can make it and essentially buy your way out of all the negative shit here. You can buy good food and high quality water, live in gated neighborhoods where niggers are basically shot on sight and it never makes the news, and you can buy your way out of the rules that apply to everyone else. Of course basically none of us will ever make it so we'll never know. Probably one person out of everyone in this general will actually make it and protip, it's not (you)

Yet money supply is still expanding.

What it comes down to is that he did shine a light on the fact that "economists" do not read the Fed speeches and mostly pull the stuff straight out of their asses. not very good for outstanding shares, wish they'd be more aggressive buying back shares but maybe they want to focus on debt first?
error on chart i assume so gonna ignore that one anomaly, free website after all

im almost convinced to dump CAD$25-$50K into this, but only shares, dont have balls to buy LEAPS on it

>her family is worth maybe half a billion bucks
You said "billionaire heir" above, so ok...
But even still, like I said and you seem to understand, you'll be a leech. You won't own anything except for what you bring and earn, and none her or her family's assets will ever be yours. Depending on how protective her family is, your kids may not even get anything
>I dont think her family would mind much because im a quite good looking fella and she is on the lower end of the scale
That makes you even more suspicious

one of my friend is poor and married a girl from a multi millionaire family
they got a ~$200K down payment into a house

ended up being a poisoned chalice because then he's in charge for the remaining ~$400k, his savings wiped out and living "paycheck to paycheck" housepoor for the rest with a hefty mortgage
30-year mortgage lmao, now on a vacation trip to meet his in-laws, i.e. a business trip, i'll learn later how shameless he can get

a half-billionaire at least can prob give you $5 million as an early inheritance, that's just a -1% day to them
it might still be a poisoned chalice and you being subservient to the inlaws, but at least you wont be living paycheck to paycheck

It really depends on how organized the family is... but with 1/2 a bil they're probably pretty well managed even if just to protect against taxes (protecting against people like you is a side effect). There's probably a family trust involved registered in a tax haven. Actual ownership and control could be murky, and there'd be rules about spending/allowances/disbursements. If she's an only child, then yeah you can ignore what I said about your kids getting nothing. Otherwise, the more favored child's line would likely get control of the trust.
Watch the /tv/ show Succession. The family was worth billions and had similar legal structures set up, so it's a somewhat realistic example. You would be the Tom Wambsgans in this situation. Though, that character is probably a lot more competent than you (no offense) so don't expect your life to progress anything at all like his.

>Watch the /tv/ show Succession.
My ex used to watch this and I thought the writing was crap. I have a hard time imagining anything else in it is well done or corresponds well with reality.

Also I'm not the guy trying to marry into a wealthy family. Mine is already upper middle class and I have no interest in marrying for money.

>> No.57566266

>>57566242
The writing on Succession wasn't amazing, but it was an interesting show from a corporate governance perspective. Like... board elections, mergers, acquisitions, etc... The business stuff was more entertaining than the character drama, for me.

cool. more houses and wives and children for me. stay a loser in your loser hole.

c'mon brother, you can at least have a semi positive mindset, I know things are rough, all the battles are losing positions, but the last battle you should be losing is in your mind. Keep strong and stay winning in your mind, and you won't care about the world, you'll find that there are battles that can be won, and hope is not dead. You just need to keep the flame alive, stay headstrong and everything else will fall into place, and if your not headstrong, find a way to become headstrong, day by day little by little. your head is a muscle like everything else, it just needs a different sort of reps and sets.

also I want to point out how your frame of reference is the 40's and 50's as if everything has been terrible after 1960. there are a mountain of average dudes and bald ugly dudes who got the house good job and kids after 1960. I don't even need to point to any data, your argument for a blackpill is so paper thin. geez at least put a harvard study behind your blackpill homie. chuds everywhere are embaressed for you and are self improoving agressively to spite your sorry performance.

soorry about my blog, its just I get triggered when a homie gives up so easily, and doesn't even have a good arguement on why he's giving up. thanks for reading, if this isn't too late.
