Let's say I play my cards perfectly for the rest of this crypto cycle and come out with $3 million after taxes, sitting in my bank account. What is the next move to ensure that I am financially free for the rest of my life? Wait for a stock market crash and buy blue chips at the bottom?

I'm 31, married, and have a 2 year old kid. We want 1-3 more kids.

I also have a high-paying career I can fall back on ($500K/year medfag), and I own a house already (30-year-fixed interest rate at 3%). We may want to move to a bigger house and either sell this one or rent it out (it's up $150K on Zillow).

Stick most of it into an s&p 500 index fund like fidelitys FNILX. Maybe save a little to reinvest into the crypto market. You could also pit some into a CD that does 5% or better. Some finacial management companies have access to allow you to invest in private equity and they guarantee maximum and minimum returns which can be pretty good too. The key is to get a steady rate of return that would give you an annual salary you can live comfortably on the rest of your life.

It depends what you want to do. Do you want a pretty safe investment that will let you live a comfortable life without having to work again? Or do you want to gamble and hope You might hit the next big one? No one really knows what the next nvidia is, so you could easily put a million into something and lose a ton of money,
Or you could get lucky and hit it big. I guess it comes down to how much risk you want to take.

good point. as a crypto enthusiast, im pretty risk loving. i have a feeling that we may get a massive, generational crash after this current asset bubble pops. It could be a once in a lifetime opportunity to buy individual blue chips at extreme discounts. the problem is of course timing it...

no, that's the purpose of the species, which doesn't care about the happiness or well being of the individual (quite the opposite); you only think that because you are yourself the child of someone who tought having children was good and so on (the smart one who understood this simply didn't reproduce so you didn't get their genes)
i could teach you some stuff but you are already too deep in shit to recover, i'm sorry for you
good luck tho

i want to elevate my blood line. I want people with my last name to be as dominant as the rothschilds. if i dont have kids, then the previously unbroken chain of my bloodline ceases to exist, and that is a massive failure on my part. if you don't instinctually feel this need to build up and propagate your clan, then you are a genetic dead-end / beta. im sorry, but you cant teach someone to be alpha. you either have it or you dont, and in your case you clearly dont. good luck with reddit or whatever the fuck it is you enjoy

Then have kids. You don't need $3mil to do that. If you're too stupid to realize that you only need to hire someone to help you setup overseas trusts with your imaginary wealth, then you're probably too stupid to make it. Please don't procreate.

oh yes that's all extremely important stuff when you are dead lol
your grand-grandfather, what was his name again?
caring about what happens after you are dead (and even allocating your resources to that lmao) is the equivalent of getting cucked by the species
but obviously everything in you is making you refute this because that's exactly how this thing works
you are being brainwashed, but it's too late for you so there's no point in making you understand
good luck c|_|ck

You're correct anon. Up until 70 years ago, all "money" was valued against gold. Fiat never lasts and it's been tried many times before. Only metals are actually money on this planet and there's no good reason not to own some, especially if you're a us resident where shit is still crazy cheap comparatively.

Buy one cheap home outright and live in it. Buy some form of income-producing asset that will make you enough money to sustain your qol consistently. You should have well over 1-1.5 million left after you do this. At that point, depending on your desires for life, either just shove it in an index fund or bitcoin, or try to pick stocks/alts with it (if you care to try to make it to 8 or 9 figures)

>> No.57538297

Hop on truflation to get indexed data from a shit ton of sources all at once, updated daily. Use that to start trading tradfi. You can pretty much retire at that point of you buy the right stocks you'll be making passive income for months and you got plenty of time (most of the time that is) to quit before losses turn big if ever.

If you buy stocks, houses or anything else with your gains you'll just lose sats.

If all things go according to plan, you ought to put the money into those covered call ETF's, 3 million into those will give you a six figure yearly income.

If you have no idea on when the next stock market crash is going to be, then you ought not to waste your time waiting.
