It's concerning for Russians that the ruble is still falling, even with interest rates being raised almost every month now. On top of this, Russia's gas sales profits have virtually disappeared when compared to what they were during the first year of the war when gas prices were high and Europe was still buying. On top of this, oil prices are falling because of worlds top importer, China, is in economic crisis and demand is falling. Energy exports amounted to almost half of Russian exports before the war.
It's not going to be easy going for them if the status quo keeps on going.

And now he has cut red tape from oil producers in the US, making it the biggest oil producing country, rendering OPEC+ production cuts irrelevant.
